Have been learning watercolor from Michael Solovyev at Syn Studio. He is this adorable transparent person, amazingly talented, that makes our classes entertaining, and challenging – each and everyone of them. The translation he does from reality to painting is just breathtaking.
It reminds me a lot of Chinese painting in many ways. Specially the fact that you have a lot of bizarre mistakes before liking anything you make! Again, worthwhile.
We did this one with him guiding us step by step, so the brushstrokes are mine but the main idea is his.
And bellow are the many failures before this one kkkkkk But I enjoyed each one of them (it was frustrating too but that makes it even more worthwhile imo)
Thank you for you thoughtful lessons, Michael!
