high key baby

Love him and miss him at the same time… I guess we love our children so much that we miss every phase although loving the new phase too.

No surprise that I would choose his photos for my drawing/painting studies.

This is a high key study for Jon Hardesty’s Schoolism class Essentials of Realism. So, only lighter tones: two main tones for darks, three main tones for light.

I like the result but I am blinded by my own imagination, in a sense that we usually have a hard time to see what something really is because we are seeing what we want it to be.

Aaaanyways, the original follows. Until next time, take care!
